All design projects start with a vision and a floor plan. Based on the Clients’ lifestyle and aesthetic preferences, different options for furnishings selections, finishes, architectural details, and floor plans are presented for discussion and ultimately, the Client’s approval.
Next, the plans are translated into computerized detailed scale drawings, including plan views. Optional elevations, 3-D and 3-D enhanced drawings can be prepared at the Clients’ request. These optional drawings provide virtual views of any designated area and provide a better defined representation of the final product.
Upon Clients’ approval of plans and budget, purchasing, construction, and installation are initiated. In the capacity of liaison between the contractor and client, Bill Kiefer works closely with the contractor to ensure adherence to the vision and the plan.
